FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to what clients ask us most

  • How quickly can I get an interpreter?
Phone and video interpreting is often available same-day for English, French, Haitian Creole and Spanish. In-person appointments usually need 48 hours' notice. Book the earliest open slot on the calendar and we will confirm immediately.
  • Are you attorneys? Can you give legal advice?
No. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We prepare and organise documents, interpret between you and officials or attorneys, and explain how processes work. When a case genuinely needs a lawyer, we tell you so.
  • Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Our interpreters are bound by confidentiality, and your documents and case details are never shared outside the people working on your matter.
  • How do I pay, and is it secure?
You pay by card at the end of booking. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. You receive a receipt and an invoice immediately.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, from your account dashboard. Inside 24 hours, call us and we will do our best to help.
  • Some services show 'custom quote'. Why?
Document translation, full asylum preparation and long in-person assignments vary too much in scope for a fixed price. Send the request with your details and we reply with a firm quote — there is no payment at that stage.
  • Which languages do you work in?
English, French, Haitian Creole and Spanish across all services, plus Portuguese for phone interpreting. Ask us if you need another language — we can often source it.
